Tiny Tales Return Policy
At Tiny Tales, we strive to provide the best products and customer experience. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Exchange:
- Exchanges are only available for products that arrive in damaged condition.
- You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags.
How to Request an Exchange:
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at shoptinytales06@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
- Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Products that are damaged due to customer misuse.
- Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Exchange Process:
- Once we have reviewed your request and photos, we will confirm if your product qualifies for an exchange.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
