Tiny Tales Return Policy

At Tiny Tales, we strive to provide the best products and customer experience. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchanges are only available for products that arrive in damaged condition.
  • You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all original tags.

How to Request an Exchange:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at shoptinytales06@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse.
  • Any product that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Exchange Process:

  • Once we have reviewed your request and photos, we will confirm if your product qualifies for an exchange.
  • If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item.
  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
